How Referrals Work
Referrals are the same as "points" to earn rewards. See below on how to earn free gifts for having friends and family sign up for the free FitMother Newsletter.

Anyone who signs up for the newsletter through your link will earn you one "referral"

These referrals can be exchanged for different prizes

Rewards can occasionally change, either be removed completely or the number of referrals needed can change.
How To Share Your Referral Link
There are no restrictions on how you get people to sign. However, please note that people who sign up through your referral link will need to confirm their email before you get credit for the referral.
Some ways to share your link:

Text your friends and family. Copy/Paste your URL from your phone and send a text message letting them know about the newsletter.

Share your link on social media - either through a message or posting the link to your feed

Tip: Tell them you receive rewards if they sign up through your link, more people are likely to sign up if you tell this to them.
